3. No Guarantee of Winning

Users acknowledge and agree that:

• Past performance, historical trends, and statistical analysis do not guarantee future results.
• The Platform makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding the accuracy, effectiveness, or success of any number selection.

4. No Refund Policy

All purchases, subscriptions, memberships, credits, fees, and other payments made through the Platform are final. No refunds, chargebacks, credits, or exchanges will be provided for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Incorrect number selections by the user.

5. User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for verifying lottery numbers before purchase, purchasing lottery tickets through authorized lottery retailers, complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, and determining whether participation in lottery activities is legal in their jurisdiction.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Platform, its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from the use of the Platform. The Platform's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user during the previous thirty (30) days.

The Platform is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with any federal, state, or private lottery organization, including but not limited to Powerball, Mega Millions, state lottery commissions, or lottery retailers.

8. Age Requirement

9. Account Termination
